Spurs played some of their best football of the season, as they competed in every area of the park but were very unlucky to come away from Aberdour with no points. Spurs scored first, a pass out wide to Murray & his low shot in to the corner seemed to deceive the Aberdour keeper as it hit the back of the net. Spurs pressed forward & went close to scoring a second as Murrays effort went over the bar after a sweeping Spurs move. Aberdour managed to scramble an equaliser just before the break to end the first period 1.1. The second period remained goalless as both teams had chances in this entertaining match. Aberdour scored their second & match winning goal after a shot was hit high into the net from inside the box. Spurs continued to press forward & had chances to score right up to the final whistle. m.o.m- Stubbs had an immense game in defence.
