Spurs scoreThe blue brazil surged forward from the first whistle & had the ball in the net three times within the first fifteen minutes, with the referee blowing for offside on every one. spurs then took the lead through Matthews who cut in on the right & shot past the keeper. Directly from the re-start blue brazil broke upfield too equalise. In the second period blue brazil took the lead, a high ball over the defence & the brazil forward raced clear to score. Spurs tied the game after a corner was knocked into the net by a blue brazil defender. In the final period spurs took the lead, with Rutherford finding the net. Spurs lead lasted no more than five minutes with the blue brazil making the game all square with a penalty after Herd was adjudged to have fouled in the box. The last twelve minutes all belonged to blue brazil with spurs giving away a further four goals as they faded badly.
